Molly A. Ladner

Molly, a partner, was born and raised in the Pioneer Valley.  After graduating summa cum laude with an accounting degree from Northeastern University, she returned to the Northampton, Massachusetts area where she worked as an accountant at a local firm for several years before attending law school.

Molly graduated cum Laude from the University of Connecticut School of Law, where she also earned a Certificate in Transactional Studies. While in law school, she worked as a law clerk at a prominent law firm in Springfield, Massachusetts, where she focused on estate planning and real estate.

Molly specializes in estate planning and probate administration with a particular emphasis on tax and Medicaid planning. She has experience drafting complex wills and trusts, including special needs trusts and Medicaid trusts. She is a current member of the Vermont Chapter of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (NAELA).

Molly uses flat fee billing for estate plans, so clients will never need to worry about unexpected fees or surprise billing.

Molly focuses her practice on Estate Planning, Probate Administration, and Real Estate.
