Diana grew up in New Jersey and received her BA from Drew University. Following her heart to Vermont, she attended Vermont Law School and began her practice in Waitsfield, Vermont in 1989 at Sidel & Associates. She eventually became a partner in Sidel & Pikulski and practiced there until 2005. Diana is admitted to practice in Vermont (admitted in 1989) and Massachusetts.
Much of Diana’s experience in non-profit law and governance was built from her experience as a leader and Executive Director in the non-profit sector. As the Executive Director for the Thoroughbred Retirement Foundation, she established cross-sector education programs that brought horse care training into state prisons across the United States. With that work established, she has taken her experience and legal skills into a focus on the practice of law as a civil litigation attorney.
